BREAKFAST
Here is how I eat breakfast.  I place
2 tablespoons of cottage cheese in a small dish. Put
3 to 4 tablespoons of sprouts over the cottage chees and then sprinkle the Maple Syrup on top. Its delicous. And its filling. 2 to 3 hours later I eat the devils food. And that means anythng cooked.
But I like it. It was what I was taught to eat by my parents and by advertising in restaurants and on TV

The above list are the known nutrients in the Organic Mung Beans seed. But common sense has to tell us that their must be much more value that we still don't know about.  And of course that most seeds probably have most of these nutrients . We must learn more about them. But sprouting them is the most important step to be taken.  ( not cooked ).

I have been asked many times as to what else do i eat during the day, Here it is.
After eating sprouts in the morning when I awake I have a fruit dish of fresh strawberries or other kind of local fruit when it is available. Then at lunch or after I eat anything and everything which includes those items that my parents  taught me to eat and became accustomed to or anything that is shown on TV which usually includes every kind of meat or food that looks good.  

The parts of my body that are in need of better nutrients are as follows:
My eyes. I am looking at my two computer monitors all day. That is not good. I need a better selection of fresh food. Specifically for my eyes.
