EXERCISE DANCING

Healthy Living
Go Natural, No chemicals or Pesticides that might be injurious to your health. Eat Raw Food.

Hair Spray
Chop one lemon ( or an orange for dry hair )  Place in a pot with 2 cups of water. Boil until half of the initial amount remains.  Cool, strain, and place in a spray bottle.  Store in the refrigerator.  If it is too sticky, add more water.  Add one ounce rubbing alcohol as a preservative and then the spray can be stored for up to two weeks unrefrigerated. ( I found this recipe on the web, and it does work well )

Pasteurized Milk
Excerpt from a book by Maida Broughton, M.H.
Hanna Kroeger p.253 "Mother Nature Helps Those That Help Themselves" gives her opinion as milk shouldn't be added to coffee because it crystalizes into gallstones - kidney stones and hardening of the arteries.

3 BASICS
EVERY decision in your life should be based on 3 things and in this order.. Health,  Love, Exorcize-Dancing.

                       TIME
Take time to work - It is the price of success.
Take time to think - It is the source of power.
Take time to play - It is the secret of perpetual youth.
Take time to read - It is the fountain of wisdom.
Take time to be friendly - It is the road to happiness.
Take time to laugh - It is the music of the heart.
Take time to love and be loved - It is the nourishment for the soul. Take time to share - It is too short a life to be selfish.
Take time to dream - It is hitching your wagon to a star.                       Anonymou

We are very much like vegetation.

An Interesting item about mothers of animals ( Humans ) and mothers of vegetation ( all seeds and beans ).
" When Babies are born to humans, a mother has an afterbirth.  And all mothers of vegetation also have an afterbirth "   Ask Sprout Growers. com and we will tell you how you can see the afterbirth.

And that is life.  Isn’t it.

The doctor of the future will give no medicine, but will interest her or his patients in the care of the human frame, in a proper diet, and in the cause and prevention of disease.
Thomas A. Edison's Statement, US inventor (1847 - 1931)

GLENDA SWANSONS REPLY TO TORONTO STAR ARTICLE ABOUT PASTEURIZATION..

I have read your article with great interest.

I would not fear drinking raw milk, if I had access to it. My body is very healthy and it will look after any "bugs" that may be in my food. Certain bugs may make a healthy person feel a little "off', but in my opinion it is only the unhealthy people who get terribly ill.

Look at the plane full of Sars. How many got sick? If that were such a bad bug then everyone should have died.

The government has now made the farmers pasteurize apple cider. This is getting ridiculous. I would love to see these farmers join with the milk man to fight the whole issue.

Bottom Line:

We need to have the freedom of choice to choose what we want to put into our bodies. Look very carefully at our country, we are slowly losing all of our freedom of choice. That is the big danger here and I plan to support the farmer if I am able.

Thank you for reading this. Blessing to you

AGING GRACEFULLY

Maybe our bodies simply have to expand to hold all the wisdom and love we've acquired
